What it is

An agent that audits time bookings on a schedule and flags the ones that leak billable revenue, such as internal time that belonged on a project. Built as part of my Competence Center AI lead role, from a PM's idea.

What I did

Built and own the audit pipeline: rules per use case and an Anthropic-backed agent that classifies each booking.
Built the review queue where PMs approve or dismiss findings, with AI cost reported per finding.
Deployed it on Azure Container Apps with Terraform and managed PostgreSQL.

Outcome

Two use cases are live and PMs use it daily with little maintenance. It has recovered about 6k euros of revenue on roughly 40 euros of run cost, around 150 times its cost.
