What it is

A cloud-native SaaS platform for collaborative engineering on AWS, sold to enterprises with usage-based licensing.

What I did

  • Owned the token-based licensing system end to end: requirements, schemas and Flyway migrations, and the rollout across dev, stage and prod.
  • Built add-on management (S3 upload, lifecycle, deletion) and cloud-based licensing for streamed desktop sessions.
  • Set up OpenTelemetry tracing and metrics, plus the local observability stack both dev teams used.

Outcome

Licensing is live with 10+ enterprise tenants. Add-on management was demoed at Automatica 2025 and shipped in the October 2025 release.
